The excel® V+ is a versatile and high performance laser designed with the input from Dermatologists to treat skin redness and pigmentation. Its use of two key wavelengths (532nm and 1064nm) enables blood vessels in all layers of the skin to be targeted.

Laser Genesis® delivers micropulses of laser light that stimulate collagen production to improve fine lines and wrinkles. It offers a gentle painless treatment with no downtime.

The Venus Viva® uses radiofrequency technology to deliver heat energy to the skin’s dermis layer. This non-needling device is more effective than microneedling due to its deeper penetration. By remodelling collagen it improves the texture of the skin and is therefore effective in treating acne scars, enlarged pores and wrinkles. Compared with resurfacing laser, the procedure is much less painful and downtime is minimal. Also the Venus Viva® can be used for both light and dark skin types.

The SmartLux® LED is a high intensity light device that can be operated with the use of four wavelengths: 420nm (blue), 590nm (yellow), 635nm (red) and 830nm (infrared). Through the stimulation of cell production and blood circulation, the SmartLux® LED can lead to skin rejuvenation and accelerated wound healing. The blue light can be used to treat active acne.

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a highly effective treatment for solar keratoses (scaly sunspots) and some forms of non-melanoma skin cancer. A special photosensitizing cream is applied to the sun-damaged area, followed by exposure to red light from the SmartLux® LED. This triggers a photo chemical reaction within the abnormal skin cells, causing the keratoses and skin cancers to peel off, leaving the normal skin unaffected.

Some treatments for the reduction of skin wrinkles can only be provided by trained healthcare practitioners following a consultation and assessment. Our registered nurses are appropriately trained to provide guidance on the use of prescription-only injectable medicines and if such therapy is considered the right option, then treatment can be undertaken on an informed basis.

Chemical peels are used for cosmetic purposes to remove damaged skin cells and promote regeneration of the surface layer. They can be used to reduce fine lines and to enhance both skin tone and texture, providing an overall anti-aging benefit. Acne and some forms of pigmentation may also improve with peels. We provide a range of chemical peel options, and treatment sessions are performed by one of our experienced dermal clinicians or nurses.
